Find the fault. Fix the problem properly.
Heating diagnostics, boiler repairs and system fault-finding across Leicester, Oadby and Leicestershire. Domestic, commercial, gas, LPG and oil.
Prime Fusion Ltd is a heating company based at 127 Harborough Road, Oadby, Leicester LE2 4LG. We have been established since 2004. Gas Safe registration 626247 covers gas and LPG work. OFTEC registration 103778 covers oil and liquid-fuel heating. We find the fault, explain what we find, and quote any repair before the work goes ahead.
For homes, that means boilers that have stopped, heating that will not come on, radiators that stay cold, hot water that runs out, pressure loss, and unvented hot water cylinders. An annual boiler service includes safety checks, an efficiency test, and a written record. Landlord gas safety checks (CP12) are available for rented homes in Leicester and Leicestershire.
Oil heating is serviced and repaired under our OFTEC registration. LPG heating is for homes that are not on mains gas. Commercial work covers boiler plant, warm air heaters, radiant tube and plaque heaters, plant rooms, gas pipework, and catering appliances. CP42 is the safety record for a fixed commercial kitchen. CP44 is the safety record for a mobile catering unit.
Swimming pool heating includes Certikin Genie warranty work. Those visits are arranged nationwide, and travel may apply. We are a Navien authorised service partner and an ATAG authorised service partner. Worcester Bosch and other major domestic brands are covered by our own engineers as an independent contractor.
A diagnostic visit is our minimum call-out and includes up to one hour on site. Parts and any extra work are quoted before we proceed. Same-day attendance is available where capacity allows. We confirm booking requests within two hours during business hours, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.
Work we carry out has a 12-month guarantee on our labour and on parts we supply and fit. Customer-supplied parts are not covered.
