Catering gas safety for commercial kitchens and mobile units. CP42 is the record for fixed catering equipment in a kitchen. CP44 is the record for mobile catering units and food trucks. We inspect the appliances, record the result, and quote any repair before it goes ahead.
Prime Fusion Ltd is Gas Safe registered, number 626247, and OFTEC registered, number 103778. The company was established in 2004. The office is at 127 Harborough Road, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 4LG. Domestic heating calls are taken across Leicester, Oadby and Leicestershire. Commercial plant is covered across the wider Midlands. Swimming pool heating, including Certikin Genie warranty work, is arranged nationwide, and travel may apply.
Tell us the postcode, the appliance type, and what the heating system is doing. We attend, test the system, and identify the cause before recommending parts or repair work. You receive a clear quote before anything goes ahead, and you can proceed or stop there.
The diagnostic visit is our minimum call-out and includes up to one hour on site. Parts and extra work are quoted before we proceed. Same-day attendance is offered where capacity allows. Booking requests are confirmed within two hours during business hours. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and Saturday, 10am to 4pm.
There is a 12-month guarantee on our labour and on parts we supply and fit. Customer-supplied parts are not covered. If a customer-supplied part fails, removal and replacement are chargeable, and exchanging that part with the supplier is the customer's responsibility.
Prime Fusion is a Navien authorised service partner and an ATAG authorised service partner. Worcester Bosch boilers and other major domestic brands are repaired and serviced by our own Gas Safe engineers, working as an independent contractor.
